Sydney Acoustic Duo (Ali and Alana) are a popular act and we are regularly booked out months or even years in advance, especially during peak times, and may not be available to perform on the date you want. After many requests for some additional options we spent countless hours searching for and interviewing acoustic duos around Sydney and handpicked the very best alternatives for when we are booked on the date you need.
Each of the options listed below are experienced musicians, all of them with music degrees, and most importantly they meet our high standards and commitment to delivering exceptional performances every time!

Artists Bio: A harmony rich duo who are both music graduates. The guitarist and male vocalist is a sought after musician in the industry who features on many music projects because of his ability to adapt so well and his consistency. Not just a top guitarist but also took on singing to add to his many musical talents. The female vocalist started her musical journey at the age of 7, being in the SBS childrens choir may be the reason for her being the harmony queen. After working with Grammy award winning producers and going on a U.S tour with Grammy award winner Fiona Joy as her backing vocalist, she is now back home and this duo is one of her prized projects! Why we like them: A duo who have two strong lead vocalists. You have both male and female vocals and obviously some fantastic harmonies. I’m sure you’ve realised by now, that isn’t easy to come by in Sydney. They are also very up to date with their repertoire and keep it very diverse.

Artists Bio: The final piece of the Acoustic Collective puzzle. Every duo here adds something different to our group and boy do these guys add some colours! Both trained and educated musicians, Morris getting his Bachelor in Music and Aisha a member of the highly regarded Suzuki Music Association. They are very versatile in that you can chose if you simply want them to be an acoustic duo with guitar and vocals or you can hire them as you see here, with keys and live looping to get a full band sound. This pair also join Ali and Alana to make a band, which is starting to become a popular option.
Why we like them: They have the capability to sound like a whole band with their live looping! They are our only duo who have piano/keys as an instrument. Aisha has a voice like none of our other female vocalists, again, adding a very different colour to our collective painting.
We understand that due to space or budget restrictions an acoustic soloist is a more viable option. Each of our soloists have exceeded our strict performance standards so you can be confident they will leave your guests wanting more!
